Are These Offensive?? Continued from Janel's Post

http://whatwenowchoose.blogspot.com/2013/10/julianne-hough-dons-blackface-for.html

asking if Julianne Hough's Halloween costume (Crazy Eyes, from Netflix original series, "Orange is the New Black") was offensive because she wore some simulation of black face. Which I thought looked like a bad spray tan. The only thing that was offensive was the poor follow through of her costume. Nonetheless, was it offensive? I do not think so because she was simply dressing up as her favorite character from a series. I will admit maybe should could have done it without the black face (of that indeed what it was).

Janel's post opens a conversation that is worth having: is there rules when choosing costumes especially those that are of a different ethnicity than your own? So I thought I would piggyback off of Janel's post and expand the conversation and post additional pictures and decide if these are offensive or acceptable:

Is this ok? After all Michael is black just as Kanye yet Kelly is not Romanian as Kim.

Obviously Ellen is white and Nicki is black, yet is this more acceptable because Ellen did not choose black face?
Dennis Rodman is black and so is Michael, so is this ok?
Kelly is not British so is it of for her to dress up as Princess Kate Middleton?
Michael as "Breaking Bad's" Walt White and Kelly as "Breaking Bad's" Jesse. Different races/ethnicities and even gender in Kelly's case.
Michael as Samuel Jackson. Black man dressing up as an black character is this ok?

Kelly as Miley Cyrus and Michael as Robin Thicke and some other dude. is this ok since Robin is white?
